In Bucharest, Romania a man known as Nutzu the Pawnbroker, the leader of a criminal organization has been indicted for a number of charges including attempted murder and human-trafficking. This man had a number of pets at his home including two lions, two bears, and a canary among others. There are rumors that he had a torture chamber in his home as well as used his lions and bears to intimidate his rivals.
