The RZA, Method Man, Raekwon, & Ghostface Killah have all been named in a suit filed by Bridgeport Music and Westbound Records which claims that the members of the Wu-Tang Clan illegally used a sample from a Magictones track from '71. You'd think these dudes would make absolutely sure they altered it enough to use it legally or ask for permission to use the material...
