Sucks to be this guy. Mark Abaire is facing a felony theft charge after stealing from an establishment most of the world is familiar with. McDonald's managers called police after they noticed he had filled up a cup with a soft drink when he had originally asked for a water cup. He now faces up to five years and a 5,000 dollar fine. Hope it was worth it, that's one expensive soda pop.
